Are you interested in finding out more about the practice?

Would you like to influence the development of local health services?

The practice has set up a Patient Participation Group, so why not come along to discuss your ideas and hear the planned changes.  Our first meetings took place on 15th June, 22nd September and 11th Janauary.

Topics that will be discussed include:

  • Update on planned changes.
  • Results of the recent survey.
  • Action plan as a result of the survey
  • Ideas for development of the group - what would you like to see the group doing?
  • Any idea that you wish to bring along and how you would like to see the service develop and how you think patients might get involved.
