1. How do the telephone system works?

We have eight phone lines into the practice and at peak times of the day (such as 8am) there are 3 Care Navigators answering calls. Calls 1-3 will be answered straight away andĀ calls 4-8 will be placed on holdĀ . Caller number 9 will be told to call back later. If you encounter any problems with the telephone system please contact the practice manager Mr David Currie.
