Changes To The Way You Book Appointments
From Monday, 15th June 2026, River Place Group Practice will be moving to a Total Triage system using our online GP system, eConsult.
This means every request for an appointment will be reviewed by our clinical team first, so we can make sure you receive the right care, at the right time from the most appropriate person, which may include a doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
You can continue to contact us in the usual way by phone, online or in person. We understand change can feel unfamiliar, and our team will be here to support you throughout. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
